Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Nomy is a self-reflection and wellbeing app for late-diagnosed autistic adults. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can ask us about your data.

What Nomy is not

Nomy is not a medical, diagnostic, therapy, emergency, or crisis service. The app offers reflection prompts, emotional language, communication support, and grounding tools. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.

Information you give us

When you use Nomy, you may choose to provide:

Information stored on your device

Some reflections and app activity may be stored locally on your device so the app can remember your progress, recent activity, and saved entries. If you delete the app or clear local storage, locally stored data may be removed.

Information stored in your account

If you create an account and save entries while logged in, Nomy may store those entries on our server so they can appear in your Profile and be connected to your account.

How we use information

We use information to:

Third-party services

Nomy may use trusted service providers for hosting, app builds, and app distribution. If AI-generated support is enabled, text you submit for that feature may be sent to an AI provider only to generate the response you requested.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information when needed to run Nomy, comply with the law, protect safety, or provide a feature you ask to use.

Data deletion

You can ask us to delete account data connected to you by contacting us. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Children

Nomy is designed for adults and is not intended for children.
